Hey everyone,

So i don't have much makeup knowledge but I did some research to find the A-Z of makeup tips for you. Personally I haven't tried all of these. But I hope you enjoy:)

A
Apply primer- You should always apply primer before doing face makeup because it seal your pores. No matter how small they are, liquid foundation will make them more visible. Also it softens your skin so your makeup will apply more smoothly.

B
Brushes – Hold your brushes at the end because you have less control, which will make your makeup look more natural.

C
Countour- contouring allows you to shape you face.

D
Dirty Brushes – Leave them to soak in Waterproof makeup remover. Put a small blob of Johnsons baby shampoo into the palm of your hand and swirl your brush around. After rinse with warm water.

E
Exfoliate – Personally I use the lush bubblegum lip scrub (for my lips)<3 Exfoliating removes built up of dead skin cells and helps to unclog a pores.

F
Foundation – Apply your foundation after you have completed your eye makeup!
This means that your face makeup won't get ruined. So if any fall out from your eye shadow lands on your face can be remove it with a makeup wipe before you apply your foundation.

G
Glasses – To make your eyes stand out from behind your frames, use black eyeliner for your top lash line.

H
Highlight- When choosing a highlighter, think about your skin tone. If the product gives a slight sheen and makes your skin look like you’ve just applied moisturiser, you’ve chosen correctly. Also highlighted doesn't make your skin look greasy, it just a add radiance.
I
Individuality- be unique! It's your face/makeup so be creative and do whatever you want with it.

Jewellery- jewellery compliments any makeup look
K
Keep- carry the essentials around with you (powder, mascara, oil blotting sheets)
L
Lips scrubs/lip balm- use a lip scrub because it will them from getting dry.

M
Moisturiser – Moisterise at least ten minutes before applying your foundation. This makes it easier to apply and softens any dry skin you may have on your face.
N
Never use old products – Always check the life of your product when you open it. It will say this on your product using the symbol of an open pot. Below it, it will have a number then an 'M'. The number next to the 'M' is how many months you should keep this product for.
O
Open your eyes – To make your eyes look bigger, use white eye pencil along your waterline.
Powder Foundation – Add this to your lips before your add your lipstick. It will make your lipstick stay on for longer.

Q
Q-tips (Cotton Buds) – Use these to get rid of any smudges. You can use waterproof eye makeup remover first and then dab at any mascara dots you have on your eyelids or around that area. This should get it off without too much damage to the eye shadow.

R
Remove – Always remove your makeup before you go to bed! If you don't it can clog your pores, which can lead to spots and breakouts.

S- I couldn't think of one for this!

T
T-Zone – Use a larger brush to powder your t-zone and then use a smaller concealer brush to add powder under your eyes.

U
Under eye circles – Put concealer/highlighter in the dark crease and then use a darker foundation under the rest of your eye.

V
Vaseline – Apparently, if you put vaseline on your lashes or eyebrows when you go to bed, it will help them to grow overnight. Comment lif this actually works?!

W
Waterline – To add eyeliner lot your lower waterline as it looks great with smokey eyes and it defines the shape of your eyes.

X- I couldn't think of one!

Y
YouTube- YouTube is a good place to watch makeup tutorials. The little bit of makeup knowledge I know comes from spending hours watching these videos.

Z
Zits/ spots – Never put concealer straight onto them from the concealer stick. If its liquid you should put it on the back of your hand first and then dab it on using a small brush. This is to stop the spread of bacteria and to make it more hygienic.
